Swedish Dishcloths (5 Pack)

Please note you can buy just about any brand of "sponge cloths" or "swedish dishcloths", they should all be 70% wood pulp and 30% cotton. Prices on amazon and retailers will swing depending on color, print, cloth size and package size, but I have seen multi-packs for as low as $5 CAD at my local eco-store.

I prefer to buy multi-packs with different colors or prints so I can keep track of which ones I am using. I use one print to wash up my son after meals, and another to wipe down counters and dishes. 

These can be washed in your dishwasher!! Just check your filter from time to time.
Also machine washable (the dryer will shrink them a little, I dry mine on low), you can also boil them on the stove as well as dampen them and microwave (I would still wash them after, but this is a great way to zap any germs if you are concerned).
 
NOTE: These come stiff like hard sponge and soften immediately under water. They dry very quickly but will dry wavey as they are a natural material. This is my least favorite part, but they still compress fine in a drawer for storage.
 
Life: 3-6 months of regular use. Completely backyard compostable when finished.
