Product Information:
This is a set of two scrubbers; the light bristle sisal brush is safe for washing any dish (including non-stick pans, glass etc.), the darker bristle palm fiber brush is very firm (ideal for durable materials like cast iron). I use the sisal brush far more than the rough palm fiber (but both are great to have, if you don't find you are using the palm fiber in the kitchen, then it is great to use for cleaning!)

Tip: Occasionally spray the bristles with vinegar to deep clean the scrubber.

Caution: 
Do NOT allow the scrubbers to sit submerged in water as the handles are wood and they will split. Minor hairline cracking is normal and will not interfere with performance. 
Do not use the dark palm fiber brush on delicate surfaces like glass or non-stick pans as it will scratch. If unsure, error on the safe side and use the sisal bristle scrubber.
